When you sign on with Family First Security, you will have round the clock care and multiple sensors (depending the package you choose). When the sensor senses a potential intruder, there are a series of steps that happen within just a few short moments that trigger a series of responses. The series of responses are as follows:

1) Your alarm sounds
2) Alarm signal is sent to the monitoring center
3) Certified operator receives the alarm signal
4) Attempts are made to reach the owner; if necessary, the appropriate authorities are notified
